Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active within the carrier’s tracking system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Soleé Lingerie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we may attempt to correct the address before the order is processed.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Soleé Lingerie cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
We recommend ensuring that your shipping location is secure and that someone is available to receive the package if necessary.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
